This ePortfolio details my Bsc Civil Engineering Undergraduate Thesis. Which tested the connection between current vehicle characteristics and road geometric design guidelines, with particular emphasis on stopping sight distance and the vehicular characteristics that feed into the stopping sight distance models.

What this image montage aims to illustrate the changing nature of motor vehicles not only aethetically, but also the changes in motoring ability, aerodynamics, engine capacity, handling etc. What my thesis endeavoured to present was,  how  the safety ascepts of motor vehicles have changed and how this affects current road design guidelines.
